HostGTPro accepts payments through Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted payment processors worldwide. These options provide secure, reliable, and convenient ways to purchase or renew hosting services.

Supported Currencies

All invoices are issued in USD. If you pay in a different currency, Stripe or PayPal will automatically convert it at the current exchange rate.

Security

Transactions are processed directly by PCI DSS Level 1 compliant providers Stripe and PayPal. HostGTPro does not store complete card numbers. Your payment information is protected by industry-standard encryption, tokenization, and fraud detection tools.

Important Notes

  • HostGTPro does not charge any additional payment processing fees (standard Stripe/PayPal fees may apply).
  • We currently do not accept cryptocurrency, direct bank transfers, or checks.
  • You can save a payment method in your Client Area for faster future purchases and automatic renewals.
  • Availability of certain digital wallets may vary by country, region, or device.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why was my payment declined?
Declines are usually due to bank/card issuer restrictions. Try a different payment method or contact your bank. You can also open a billing support ticket for assistance.
My preferred digital wallet is not available—what can I use?
Credit/debit cards, as well as PayPal, are available in virtually all regions.
How do I update or remove a saved payment method?
Log in to your Client Area, go to Billing > Payment Methods, and manage your saved options there.
